We-Watch Privacy Policy

Use of We-Watch Corporation’s (the “Licensor”) application by you (the “Licensee”) is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Beta End User Licensing Agreement (the “Terms and Conditions”). Through your use of the application, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as well as the tracking and use of your data outline the We-Watch Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

1. The Licensor will track:
   
   1. Data regarding the Licensee’s device, which may include Personally Identifying Information (“PII”), which does include location data;
      
      1. Location data is used for the main functionality of the app and is collected in the background even when the app is not in use;
   2. Data regarding the Licensee and Authorized Users’ use of the Software;
   3. Information entered into entry and exit surveys, which includes PII;
   4. Information available through Third-Party Products, which may include PII;
   5. Information that may be tracked through use the Licensor’s website; and
   6. Any other information reasonably available to an Android application.
2. Information collected in the beta test will be used by the Licensor and the Licensor’s technical service providers to:
   
   1. Improve the Software;
   2. Improve the Licensor’s website;
   3. Improve the Licensor’s social media presence, marketing and advertising efforts;
   4. Gain insights into the Licensor’s customer base; and
   5. Reach out to the Licensee regarding development of the Software.
3. Information collected in the beta test will NOT be used by the Licensor:
   
   1. To sell to third parties;
   2. To be disclosed to unrelated third parties without first anonymizing any PII;
4. The Licensor aims to strive for data protection and privacy safeguards beyond industry standards for its final product. At the current stage of development of the Software, the Licensor is building these safeguards and cannot guarantee the safety or anonymity of the Licensee.
5. The Licensor will retain any information tracked for a period of 7 years.
6. The Licensee agrees to receive communications from the Licensor regarding:
   
   1. This Agreement;
   2. The Software and future versions;
   3. Related products to the Software;
